Dawn is a new wave, old school IPA. Bright and expressive. Its mix of 100% Virginia malt lays the foundation for firm bitterness, to the delight of balance-seekers who skew west in their IPAs. This cereal construction is punctuated with double-dry-hop-pops of bright grapefruit and resinous pine.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6.5
On tap at Wheatland Spring. Clear gold, tight white head. New school but clear and clean. Grain, soap and some straw on the nose. Flavor has some light tropicals, but tight citrus, grain and hand soap. Dry finish. 7 3 7 4 13
