Brewed with our good friend -- and avid homebrewer -- US Air Force Major General Steve Schiack, All the Stars Align beer is a scaled up version of one of his favorite homebrew recipes. A hazy IPA hopped with Citra and Cascade, It pours a hazy golden orange, with notes of Sunny Delight, peach, apricot and gummy rings.

On tap at the brewery, pours a darker orange, translucent, creamy white head. Nose has citrus and vanilla, orange, melon, mango. Flavors same. Oats and lactose are clear. Off dry finish, full bodied. 8 3 7 3 13
