When we got together with our good friends at Good Word Brewing out of Duluth, Georgia, we knew we wanted to brew a more traditional English beer. They’ve been absolutely crushing it with low abv, highly drinkable beer styles for quite some time now, and we wanted to get in on the fun with them. We brewed up Cowboy Bebop, a best bitter. A beautiful, copper color on the pour, this beer packs a rich bready aroma. There is a moderate bitterness present, but it never pulls away from the malt profile or esters in the flavor. The body is medium-light with a somewhat low carbonation, to allow for maximum drinkability. We’re excited to bring you this beer and to be able to brew with such an incredible group of people at Good Word Brewing.
