To celebrate this year giving way to the next, we went back through our barrel stock in early autumn and hand-blended beautiful examples of various farmhouse ales in our library. The selections span from before we opened our doors, to being fermented just prior to blending.
With a focus on nuance and balance, our approach to blending shaped this once discrete lineage of farmhouse ales into a singular, harmonious offering. Chapters in a book of memories. A chance to revisit an experience. A celebration of the composite.

- 6 month barrel conditioned citrus Wit (72%)
- 12 month barrel aged Estate-grown, mixed-culture Saison (4%)
- 18 month stainless aged Saison (12%)

750ml bottle pours a slightly hazy, dandelion yellow with some clumpy white head. Nose has fresh cut flowers, green grapes, some buttery oak, yeast, some buttered biscuit. Flavor is tart, lemon and sour orange mojo, herbal tea, VERY under ripe grape, the barrels are there, oaky, buttery. Finishes nearly dry, tart but not overly acetic. 8 4 8 4 15
