Our collab with our good friend and craft beer journalist, Phil Runco. Hopped with Motueka and Citra, melon and bright citrus aromatics follow to the palette accompanied by peach, kiwi, lycee, lime, honeydew and candied melons.
Moderately carbonated for a lush mouthfeel and to accentuate the full spectrum of the hop flavours.

16oz can pours a mostly transparent gold with some white head. Nose rings old school, pine, C-hops, lemon, grapefruit, some pineapple and tropicals. Flavor has some perfume and green vanilla, pineapple curd, herbs, flowers. Finishes oily with some bitter bite. 7 4 7 4 14
