This mixed-culture farmhouse ale is made with:
- Wheatland Spring Well Water
- Grains: Estate 60% | VA 100%
- Old World Hops
- Mixed-Culture Yeast
- Estate-grown Basil, Sage, Rosemary, and Lemon Verbena
This is the first beer we made using estate-grown grain from our inaugural 2019 wheat harvest. It matured in oak barrels with Brettanomyces for over a year, after which it was rested atop sustainably-grown estate herbs, freshly picked behind the brewhouse.

Pour off a 750ml bottle is a mostly clear gold. Herbal nose, heavy lavender, holy basil, candy. Heavy hand soap, herbs, candy. Full bodied but astringent finish. 7 3 7 3 13
