Bottle. A clear, orange-golden beer with a small, off-white head. Slightly vegetal on the aroma, cooked asparagus maybe, and a malty touch. Very weak. Some caramel in the flavor, as well as malt and cooked vegetables. Medium to full body, but somehow it feels watery. In my opinion, not a very successful bock, too boring, not enough aroma and flavor, and too vegetal. (081031)

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma is refreshing with sweet notes of malt as well as straw and some citrus. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of bread, citrus, straw, and oranges, as well as light notes of alcohol, leading to a bitter finish where straw and citrus notes lingers.

Cloudy amber with a big and lasting off-white head. Bready malt aroma. Sweet and rich malt flavour ith a touch of licorice. Carbonation is a little too prickly on the tongue. Well made classic malty bock

Thanks to fonefan - bottle, sampled in the street outside Ølbutikken in Copenhagen on a Saturday morning. Tan coloured body – the head was not perceivable at the time. Malt-accented aroma. Butter-like caramel in the malty taste. Some hops in contrast, but still very sweet (12.09.2009).
