22oz bottle I got from Alexsdad06, pours a thick black, legs khaki head. Nose has lots of burnt toast, malt, licorice, caramel, dark cocoa powder, some heavy toast barrel. Funny, I didn't know this was a wheated stout until after tasting and the flavor had a ton of chaff-y burnt grains, coffee grounds, dark cocoa powder, burnt hazelnut, booze. Finishes full bodied, sticky.

Sample at the taproom during the 5 Year Anniversary Party & Bottle Release! on 09/29/2018. Brown-black pour with a medium light beige head that recedes quickly steadily to an outer ring. Small patches of lace. Aroma of brandy, chocolate and malt. Full-bodied with flavors of brandy, caramel malt and chocolate. The finish is sweet with a brandy and malt aftertaste. Pretty good all around.
