32oz crowler pours a dark orange... OK, it’s brown, with some foamy, nearly tan head. Nose has orange, orange peel, pine, soap, candy, perhaps some out of place butterscotch. Flavor is heavier with sweetness, brown sugar, candy, some butterscotch, candied orange. Finishes full bodied, sweet and only slightly bitter. Doesn’t read 108IBUs at all. More of an American Strong Ale, akin to Arrogant Bastard, than a true DIPA.

4 oz pour on draft at Dirt Farm. Clear golden amber with off-white head. Aromas of floral notes, citrus, biscuit. Tastes of floral notes, citrus, malt. Medium body with a dry finish.
