Rye whiskey aged imperial stout with toasted coconut, Undone cocoa nibs, and barrel aged Qualia coffee. Barrel aged for over 12 months and then conditioned in stainless steel tanks. The result is a massive and rich ale with multi-level complexity and nuanced barrel characteristics. Best enjoyed at cellar temperatures ~55′.

750ml bottle pours an oily black with a ring of brown head. Nose has malt, toast, coffee bean, cocoa powder. Flavor has cola...... mild acid, burnt coconut meat, malt. Almost tart on the finish.
