Single Cannon is our single IPA. This beer was derived from its big brother, Twin Cannons. We use the same malt and hips profile, but tone it down just enough so you can enjoy a few pints of this delicious brew.

Sampled at the brewery, pours a clear dark gold with lacing white head. Nose has stone fruit, some citrus, candy too. Flavor is a touch too sweet, solid malt backbone with honey, but the hops really come across with peach and candy. Medium sweet finish. Needed more early hop additions to help with some bitterness.
