Abbi’s Drool is a Northern English style Brown Ale. The flavor profile is dominated by a smooth roasted character and a slight caramel sweetness. This is a very easy-drinking malty beer that finishes on the sweet side. Hop character is low.

4 oz pour on draft at Tin Cannon with a Mustang Sally yelling DCLawyer. Dark brown with beige head. Aromas of caramel, toffee, light roasty notes. Tastes of caramel, toffee, light cocoa. Medium body with a dry finish. Nice.

Sampled at the brewery. Pours murky brown with some lacing off white head. Nose of chewy malts, brown sugar, caramel, light grist. Flavor follows, malty, mild toast, brown sugar. Dry finish. Standard brown ale.
