Gilligan’s Island Ginger is a Belgian-style blonde ale that has been infused with mild ginger spice from ginger root. The slight ginger flavor is complimented by additions of cinnamon stick and clove spices. These spices make for a smooth and refreshing pale, a nice late summer addition to our line up.

Sampled at the brewery. Pours a murky orange with a ring of white head. Nose has ginger and all spice, some candy and a bit of canned apple pie. Flavor has more of the canned apple pie, clove, cinnamon and ginger. Sweet finish.
