This exceedingly dry and crisp saison uses a special French yeast strain that adds new layers of complexity to an age-old style. A healthy addition of Hallertau Blanc hops were added to provide an incredibly floral and fruity flavor profile with passion fruit, grapefruit, pineapple, and lemongrass overtones.

On tap at Victoria Gastropub pours a hazy gold with some frothy, white head. Nose has lemon, some grainy notes, straw, some soap. Flavor follows, light soap, light spice, straw, grist. Crisp finish.
