Pour is a orange with a small white head. Aroma is mildly hopped with some caramel malt in there. Flavor is again mildly hopped with a bit of fruity sweetness at the end. Everything is pretty low key with this beer and nothing stands out but it is drinkable and sessionable.

Bottle. It pours a clear, golden body with a small, off-white head. Sweet and malty on the nose, with piney and resiny hops to bring balance. Beef-stock and peaches too. The flavor also balances malts and hops quite nicely. Sweetness and pinecones. Peaches, resin and a fine bitterness. Full-bodied. The bitterness lasts for a good while. A quite pleasant one, too sweet to be very refreshing, but I like it that way too. (090327)

Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival 2008. A red-amber beer with a huge orangey head. The aroma is sweet with notes of fruit and vanilla. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of fruit - especially peaches, leading to a dry bitter finish.

Bottle from GBBF 08. I don’t think I’ve had too many beers from Utah (4 before this one). Beautiful amber colour. Thin lasting beige head. Attractive enough sharp grapefruit aroma, some malt in there too. Bit of candy sugar flavour on the malts. Good solid hops all over it. Nice lasting bitterness on finish. Really delicious piney hop all through it with enough malt to balance. Very drinkable. Shame I only got one bottle. Very likeable.
