Bitsy may be a petite beer but it packs a ton of flavor. While the aroma is soft coriander and cracked wheat, chamomile is the star of the show. Tangerine, tangelo and blood orange peel lend a pithy citrusy bitterness that ends wih a suprisingly complex finish.

On tap cloudy pale yellow with a hint of orange. Leah a wheat beer with mild notes of the claimed spices and zest. Not so much floral. It definitely some pithy citrus zest and light peppery spice. Terrific flavors for such a light beer. I’d be willing to bet this will be my highest rated sub 3.5 abv beer. Very tasty
