For this brew we sourced maple smoked malt from sugar creek maltsters. Brewed to carry a rich maltier profile that complements the smokey character. Rounded out by an extended lagering session in our horizontal tanks for 2 months.

Sample at the roost. Nose is big maple and smoke and malt. Tootsie Roll and big earth. Sweet and rubbery, maple and beechwood. Dry and oily. 6 3 6 3 12
