CIDER RELEASE at the Attaboy Barrel House: excited to announce the newest to the Barrel House lineup, Barrel Aged Hard cider. We took local pressed apples and aged them in wine barrels for one year. The end result is a dry, crisp apple cider with subtle white wine, lilac and green apple character. Refreshing and spritzy, we wish we could enjoy one on the patio in the sun. Mid-30s sidled up to the bar will have to do.

Hazy pale yellow with a large white head. Apple sauce aroma. Flavor was funky and musty with apple, wood and booziness. Long finish. Medium body.

750ml bottle at a share. Pours a clear gold. Sour yogurt nose. Hugely lactic. Flavor has crab apple but something buttery and weird. Off. 5 3 5 2 8
