Golden ale aged in wine barrels & conditioned with Brettanomyces
An ode to one of our favorite Belgian styles. Fermented with a blend of Abbey yeasts in oak, then spiked prior to packaging with our favorite strains of Brett. Given over six months to develop in the bottle, the result is effervescent, complex, and laced with the mystique that makes Belgian styles so damn special.

Bottle pour at the brewery is a very murky, translucent neon orange with some creamy white head. Nose has candy and big pithy citrus. Some boozy. Muddled tropicals. Flavors follows. A little woodsy, almost like it spent time in a grippy barrel. Dry finish. Bone dry. Can't tell if it's tannins or just absolutely dead dry. Good. 7 4 7 4 14
