Ingredients and Methods. It seemed fitting to use floor malted barley as the predominant grain in this open fermented Pilsner. Bringing together two heritage practices in a modern brewhouse, located in a century old barn. We employed this combination of technology and tradition to coax from the hand crafted malt its truest flavor expression. The beer was barrel lagered over the winter and then bottle conditioned in the spring.

750ml bottle pours a translucent gold with a nice cap of white head. Nose has grains and grass, lemon, light wood, Really nice all around. Flavor has a really nice gristy and grainy character, yeast, bread dough, lemon, grass. The wood has added some really nice tannins. The body is very nice. You could easily drink this by yourself.
