16oz pour at the brewery is an opaque black with a ring of off white head. Nose of molasses, brown sugar, root beer barrels, heavy cocoa powder. Flavor is a bit more beery, malt and molasses and licorice now, still some brown sugar and cocoa. Finishes mostly dry, a touch cakey though. Lots of body for 6%. 7 2 7 3 12
