Thick and juicy oat based IPA fermented and refermented on local wildflower honey. Isolation was double dry hopped with our favorites Citra and Mosaic, then laid to rest on just enough Vanilla bean. Notes of sweet and drippy honey, subtle pineapple, and a little something good during bad times. Some things are out of our control, but that doesn’t mean everything is.

Goblet at the brewery pours a murky yellow with some creamy white head.  Nose has marshmellow, mango sherbet, orange creamcicle.  Flavors are all the same, very sweet with sherbet and ice cream, fake orange, sort of those Circus Peanut candies.  Off dry, creamy finish.  A bit too much vanilla for my liking.  6 3 6 3 12
