750 ml bottle shared by a friend, thanks Ben! Dark brownish black. Aromas of cheap whiskey, dark chocolate. Tastes of raisins, whiskey, dark chocolate. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Low carbonation.

750ml bottle pours an inky black with some creamy, tan head. Nose has mild coffee bean, licorice, mild booze, prune, some cocoa bean. Flavor has malt, toast, licorice, molasses, chocolate, coffee, mild black pepper. Full bodied finish. Very successful compared to other beers in this series.
