Growler pours a transparent, copper brown with a fast fading white head. Nose of candy, spices, holiday bread, candy sugar, a little apple. Flavor is sweet, bready, candy sugar, holiday spices, cherry cola. Medium bodied, watery finish. Could be tweaked to be a very good Christmas ale. As is, a little bland.
