Bottle. Dark amber to copper body with a small, beige head. Roasted aroma with hints of chocolate and a faint coffee touch. Roasted and slightly coffee-bitter flavor too, also with hints of coffee. Rather similar to the flavor, but slightly more interesting. Medium body, decent bitterness in the end. A nice beer considering it’s not in the Willemoes series from Vestfyen, else it’s pretty mediocre, but on height with the more commercial German schwarzbiers. 100917

Bottle at EsBF09. Very dark brown colour, not really black. Almost no head. The flavour starts off sweet and roasted. But by no means roasted enough or hard enough to make it a Schwarzbier. Tastes good enough, though.
