Counterclockwise is a New Zealand-style Pilsner, fermented with a thiolized lager yeast, then dry-hopped with a tour of Southern Hemisphere hops: South African Southern Passion, New Zealand Motueka, and fresh Australian Galaxy. The result is an endlessly crushable crisp pilsner with a mouth-watering tropical aroma and flavors of passion fruit, lemon zest, and subtle cracked white pepper.

Clear, dark gold with a little lacey head. Nose was bright with citrus and some herbs and some green melon. Simple grist with oily, herbal, limey hop over the top. Pretty easy to drink. 6 3 7 3 13
