Mild Lockout is a German-style Helles Lager brewed with almost entirely Barke Pilsner malt, lagered for just north of 6 weeks and naturally carbonated. Helles is meant to be a beer of restraint: malt and hops working together, but not overpowering one another, to create a balanced and drinkable yet flavourful beer. Pouring with a tight foam, Mild Lockout’s aroma of light, toasty bread and cracked grain combine with a subtle, spicy noble hop character to bring this sought after balance to life. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Tap at the source.
Bready, lots of grains, a touch floral, light hops,
Crisp, clean, refreshing.

Clear, pale gold with some creamy white head. Nose has bread and dough, pronounced grain. Flavor is honey and grain. A bit simple. A little bite on the end.
