We teamed up with our good friends at Amani Brewing to bring you a thiolized packed DIPA. We started with a heavy dose of Phantasm, then fermented with a blend of our house ale strain and a thiolized yeast strain. Then dry hopped it with a high charge of Mega Motueka, Riwaka, and Nelson. The result is bright citrus and tropical juice in the aroma and flavor. We loved finally getting together with our friends right across the border in West Virginia, and can’t wait for future collaborations with Amani.

16oz can at a share pours a very starchy orange with a ton of white head. Nose is overdone with citrus and herbs. Blood orange. Lavender. Some papaya. Flavor is very starchy, wheat and grain, some citrus rind but heavily herbal. Full bodied and harsh on the palate. Over done.
