A lambic style sour ale aged in Willett rye whiskey barrels for more than 2.5 years. Reminiscent of lychee, peaches and honeysuckle up front with a floral depth mid palate from the lignans of the barrels which balances the beer's puckery finish. Notes of pineapple and barnyard funk throughout.

Hazy gold, white head. Nose is nice, lychee and peach and lemon, some funk and buttery oak, some peach ring candy. Flavor has the candy and the sour, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice. Finishes high acid and tart. 8 4 7 3 13
