From tap. Pours hazy brown with a short lived tan head. Mild alcohol and dense malty aroma with a nice vanilla note coming through. Smooth malty and mild hoppy too. Nicely balanced. Light alcohol warmth in the far finish.

Bottled@EBF2008. Slightly hazy ambery brown colour with small off-white head. Aroma is very sour fruits, with some mild roasted and caramelly notes. Flavour is quite acidic fruits, some alcohol stickyness as well as.

Hazy brown with tiny beige head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt, spicy ans caramel notes. Flavour likewise with a sweet and boozy end.

Bottled at European Beer Festival, Copenhagen. Lightly brownish amber. Phenolic and estery. Medium sweet and medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Fairly low on hops but rich on esters and phenols. Notes of saccharine and plastic. Low bitterness.
