Like all Annuel projects, this quinary ale’s inspiration comes from The Bruery’s Anniversary Old Ale and the Solera aging technique. A strong Anniversary Ale base induces an artful blend with our Sour Quad, Imperial Sour Blonde, and Solera Anniversary Ale, all aged in oak and bourbon barrels for an elated finish.

750ml bottle, pours a dark brown, nearing black, off white head. Nose is whiskey and tomatoes. Bitter chocolate. Flavor has stale red wine and blood orange. Big, boozy, hot finish. 6 3 6 2 11
