Like your favorite pair of pants, This IPA is much loved and full of character. We wanted to make a beer that would showcase some of our favorite hops, so we started with one of our favorite IPA malt bills featuring Golden Promise and German Pilsner alongside wheat and oats. We loaded the beer with an irresponsible amount of Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops in the whirlpool, and followed that up with two equally robust rounds of dry-hopping. The result is an IPA that is bursting at the seams with flavors and aromas of intense citrus, apricot, and fresh mango atop an underlying sweet malt profile and a soft, well rounded mouthfeel.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: muddy orange to bronze color with a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light messy lace
Aroma: mangoes, citrusy hop tones, light apricot, sweet grassy hop tones, mild biscuity malts
Flavor: blends the prior mentioned aromas nice and bittersweet; light aftertaste of the apricots and sweet grass
Texture: medium bodied, works as a sipper; semi-smooth on the tongue; finishes fruit juicy
Overall: absolute lovely NEIPA I would love to have again.

Bunch of 16oz cans pour a murky orange with plenty of frothy white head.  Nose plays the hits, orange, grapefruit, some melon, some herbs, some pine.  Flavor has a bit of a cracker back bone, followed by orange and tangerine, herbs, flowers, soap.  Full, dry finish.  Well made.  Easily consumed.  8 4 7 4 14
