Hapi Taniwha or Hoppy Water Dragon is brewed with Green Bullet, Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, and Motueka hops from New Zealand. It is a pale in color and not overly bitter. We will be brewing more variations of this in the future with different hop combinations from NZ.

On tap at the Vermont NanoFest 2017, pours a murky orange with some cloudy white head. Nose has dank fruits, stinky melon, guava. Flavor is more stinky melon, guava, papaya, honey. Finishes fruity.
