Draught at Norrebro, Copenhagen. Brewed by Christian from ex-Olfabrikken. Burton snatch aroma. Hazy reddish copper, lasting thin beige head. Very malty mild. Got a little sourness on end. Malt and a little sourness on aroma. Does remind me of an English mild. It’s got that almost stale cereal aroma and taste. Really interesting.

Cask B.C."H."; red-brown beer. Sweet bread, coloured malts and caramel, wortslike. Sweet, like slightly watered down, but equally fortified (does that makes sense still?) sherry. Liqueurish worts, lightly hopped. Light body, but not empty. Very good for a mild, if a bit un-outfermented like.

Hazy dark reddish amber with large beige creamy head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt, butter and caramel. Sweet flavour with caramel, butter, hops and malty notes. Ends bitter. Reminds me of a czeck polotmavy.
