Cask. A murky amber-brown beer with a thin bubbly tan head. The aroma is very malty with notes of caramel and light notes of sulphur. The flavor is quite sweet with notes of caramel, metal, sulphur, and spices, leading to a dry metallic sulphur finish.

On tap at the brewpubs 5 year anniversary. A hazy, orange-golden beer with a nice beige head. Fruity aroma of the hoppy kind, almost balanced by some caramel. Fruityness dominates the flavor too, with red apples and a good dash of toffee. Medium to full body and a nice co2 level. Appropriate bitterness in the finish. A quite nice beer, but a bit strange, or at least unusual. (080911)

(On tap) Pours very unclear - almost muddy - orangey brown with an off-white head. Aroma of fruit, malt and caramel. Medium body with a fairly low carbonation, fruit and yeast with a discreet bitterness. A sloppy brew and a terribly indifferent and disappointing comeback for Christian SA. He can do SO much better, and hopefully he will. 110908

Guest brew, draught at the Nørrebro Bryghus’ five years birthday party. Hazy, dark amber body under a thin, white foamy stand. Smell of dark fruits with solid notes of spices. Sweet flavoured with caramel and vanilla, partly offset by a bitter finish. Dry in the mouth (Copenhagen, 11.09.2008).

Hazy amber with a firm and thick off-white head. Aroma has grain and grass along with some sulphur. Sweet and malty flavour with some hops in the background. The aroma and flavour would match a mediocre British 3.5% session ale, but at 6% it’s not really good for anything.

On tap @ the brewpub. Hazy, reddish orange body with a small off-white head. Aroma is relatively vague, caramel malt and toffee. Flavor is refreshing, well balanced sweet, bitter, light roasted. A true balanced beer where the flavors are a bit hidden. You have to search a bit for the nuances, this might as well be the new style of craft brewing as a reaction to all these big beers where more is better all the way. Not sure if mild is the style, but it’s for sure a beer I could have a few glasses of without affecting my palates to much.

Cask@EBF2008. Hazy amber colour, not much head. Aroma is fruits, earth along with some mild spices and also bananaish notes. Flavour is bananas, spices, malts and bitterish fruity hops. Rather interesting interpretition of a "mild".
