Sampled on tap at the Tap Room in Portland, Oregon. Pours a translucent, copper brown with a thin, tan head. Great nose, crayons, hay, tropical fruits, light smoke. Flavor is tart, sweet, cherries, apples, sour mash, sour dough, blood orange, peach, apricot. Full bodied, tart, salty finish.
