8 3 8 3 15 Draft at Rootz Winterbier festival '17. Dark brown with a small ring beige head. Aroma of dark fruits, oak, whiskey, dark chocolate, caramel and malt. Flavour is above moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with very soft carbonation.

Tap at Rootz, winterbierfestival. Black with light colored head. Sweet roasted chocolate malts, light hazlenut and coffee. Moderate sweet and quite bitter. Medium body, slick feel and soft carbonation.

Tap at Rootz festival. Very dark brown with small dark beige head. Chocolate, light roast, toffee, licorice, dried plums, soft sour black berries. Medium sweet and bitter and light sour. Bit over medium bodied with slick feel and low carbonation. Not bad.
