Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of sweet malt and carame, as well as lighter notes of alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and alcohol, leading to a dry strawy finish.

Bottle. According to the label this is a US attempt at a ESB. Pours with a medium sized bone colored head over a hazed amber (no better word for it), hued body. Aroma is malt forward with pine needles, light fruit/banana esters, toffee, ad vanilla. Taste is copper, vanilla and toffee, a bitter metallic note, raisins, light hops, and autumn leaves. Very good, but not a hop based experimentery(sp? at this time of the evening) amber ale. Light bubbles, but thin.

(Bottle 65 cl) Courtesy of yespr/Ungstrup. Pours a slightly hazy amber golden with tiny floating impurities and a creamy and lacing beige head. Sweet aroma of nuts and overripe fruit. Quite full-bodied with lots of roasted malt, rye bread accents and overripe fruit. Rather hoppy finish. Almost Bock-like in style. 100908

Bottle, 7.5%. Weak malty aroma, hint of caramel. Cloudy chestnut colour. OK spicy and malty flavour. Quite rough bitterness, but good flavour.

Bomber from South Bay Drug. Amber, near mahogany, color with a minimal beige head. Medium body with smooth carbonation. Flavor is caramel and floral hop. Finish is fairly balanced. Overall this is a very tasty ale. For an amber it is very nice.
