Our sorbet series combines hoppy beers with fruit and vanilla, the parfait series adds flaked untoasted coconut! Richer, coconut-creamier, but still bright and drinkable. This installment showcases lime zest which creates a tropical vibe with the underlying Citra®, BRU-1™, and Simcoe® hops. As usual a milkshake without dairy!

Can (unintelligible date) shared by CLW--thanks, Chris! Opaque, banana smoothie yellow, thin head, trace lacing. Aroma is strong lime, coconut, citrus. Taste is strong lime, coconut, vanilla, citrus astringency. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste, astringency. Excellent strength and good complexity but there is an astringency that detracts.

16 oz can, aroma is moderate coconut with a hint of lime. Flavor follows with a nice lingering lime peel that transitions into vanilla bean. Nice soft mouth feel with lime peel that balances the sweetness. Flavor is heavy on a junk but… Real good!

Hazy yellow with a foamy white head. Bitterish with coconut, vanilla. Earthy hops and tropical fruit. Long finish. Moderately full bodied.
