Sour Beer with Lemon, Lime, Blue Agave, and Tequila Flavoring
We added lemon and lime juice and zest to a strong pale sour beer. For sweetness, we mixed in blue agave syrup (the same cactus used to make tequila), and just a touch of sea salt! It's not a margarita, but it has a lot of the same flavors!
