Dimpled mug pour, caramel brown with some creamy white head. Nose has grain and yeast and whole wheat bread. Lightly nutty. Flavor has nutty Heirloom corn, whole wheat bread and some ryeberry or buckwheat now. Foeder seems to enhance the graininess. Finishes dry, lightly sweet and reasonably long. Well made.
