We love Mosaic hops for their blend of berry-fruity and herbal-dank flavors. Thanks to that range or aromatics, it is one of only a handful of hops that we love on their own! We've brewed Mosaic DIPA and Pale Ales, but this is our first single-hopped Mosaic IPA!

Hazy pale golden body medium foamy white head. Fruity floral aroma. Fruity floral flavor. Medium body moderate carbonation. 8/2/8/4/15 3.7

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7
Hazy yellow, ring of white head. Nose has flowers, grist, some perfume, pineapple, orange. Flavor has some Piney and soapy bitterness, citrus in the form of grapefruit. Full bodied and just off dry.
