This variant of Lost Leaf was fermented with a Mexican lager yeast strain and dry-hopped with Azacca. Lost Leaf Azacca pours light yellow and clear. Big pilsner malt aroma complemented by notes of apricot and white grape from the Azacca dry hop. The flavor starts with a bold bready malt profile and ends very crisp and thirst-quenching with some nuanced pear and white grape flavors.
