Made from a blend of custom and specialty malts, this Porter rests for months in puncheons and conditions on coffee beans, hand-roasted with care by Aperture Coffee Roasters. The natural processed beans come from a nine family farming cooperative in the area surrounding Laguna de Ayarza in Guatemala.

50cl bottle pours a cola brown, very little head. Nose is cola and coffee and brown sugar and carob. Some unroasted coffee cherries. Flavor has cherry and raisins and malt and coffee grounds. There's acid and I wonder if that's from the the coffee. Medium full bodied and dry.
