16oz can pours a clear gold, thin cloudy head. Nose has grist, a little corn meal, straw, grass, table crackers. Flavor is nice, crackery and gristy, any hint of corn is gone, a lick of white pepper and lemon before getting to yeasty dough and grass. Crisp, smooth finish. Crazy drinkable. Very nicely done. Other brewers use gimmicks to get this much flavor into such a low ABV beer.
