Couple half pints at the Fermenteria, pours a clear gold with some sticky, white head. Solid nose, grist, dough, yeast, peanut skin, lemon. Flavor follows, gristy, more soap than lemon now, yeast, a little metal replaces the peanut. Finishes perfect. Seriously. Crisp, dry, lasts on the tongue.
