1L swing top pours an amber with some creamy, off white head. Big fruit nose, apple, dried pear, some raisin, plum, some lurking acidity. Flavor is fruity, caramel, pear, apple, light vinegar, some white grape, a little candy. Medium bodied, sticky finish. Not my favorite, but definitely interesting.
