On tap at BitterCreek Boise clear deep reddish mahogany with a thin ring of bubbles. Woody toasted malts. A bit vinegary and some sweet pitted fruit.

Sampled from the tap at the Detroit location. Pours a clear very dark amber with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has tart cherry and stone fruit with a decent amount of oak. Flavor has dry tart cherry and stone fruits with a bit of oak and earthy grains backing.
