On Tap cloudy orange peach color Brief quick white head and a ring of bubbles. Big sweet fruit aroma. Pears I suppose but also a bready apple pie crust character. Very tart and plenty of Brett. Aggressively low PH and as it fades that pie crust flavor comes in again. Very interesting.
