52 Fatal Strikes is a New England IPA fermented with a blend of our house yeast and sake yeast. Brewed with a base of barley, wheat, and rice, this beer was hopped with a deadly amount of Mosaic, Cashmere and Topaz. In order to sharpen this beer’s edges we hand-zested a couple hundred limes to compliment the hops. Crisp and refreshing this beer has big notes of key lime pie, guava and citrus rind but finishes dry and light from the sake yeast. Duel of the iron mic, it’s the 52 Fatal Strikes!

16oz can pours a pulpy gold with some fluffy white head. Nose has orange blossom and flowers and herbs at first, then the tropicals pour in. Flavor follows, tropicals and flowers mostly, a touch fusel, herbs, some citrus finally. Finishes pulpy and herbal.

$4.10 pint can from WW. This is brewery #900 for me. Hazy, almost murky golden-orange with a very pretty soft white head. Orange, cat piss, pine, pineaplle, mango nose. Oh this is weird... bubblegum, orange, pineapple, pine, resin, yeast, chalk... oh this is odd, not bad, but different.
